Tucked behind the dunes at Sapphire Beach is Beachstone café, reimagined by Stefano Mazzina, a familiar face from his 16 years behind the helm of Fiasco Ristorante in Coffs Harbour.

With the intention of creating a relaxed and simple vibe, Stef has created a menu that reflects both his Italian roots as well as his life experience as a global traveller by utilising the Italian way of cooking – fresh, local ingredients prepared with respect for quality and love.

Bringing together a character filled and enthusiastic team of chefs, baristas and wait staff, Stef Beachstone is a no fuss, relaxed venue with an emphasis on quality and friendliness.
